Program Title: Seoul Tech Scholarship

Number of Recipients: 30 students

Eligibility:
Applicants who are not Korean nationals, and whose both parents are also non-Korean, and who are admitted (or expected to be admitted) to a master’s program in science or engineering at a Korean university
  - Applicants must be 40 years old or younger
  - Applicants must be expected to obtain a bachelor’s degree by the end of August 2026
  - For detailed eligibility criteria, please refer to the attached “Announcement of 2026 Seoul Tech Scholarship”

Fields of Study:
Designated master’s programs in science and engineering at participating Korean universities (see Attachment 2)
  - Participating universities (9): Konkuk University, Kyung Hee University, Korea University, Sogang University, Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Seoul National University, University of Seoul, Sungkyunkwan University, Soongsil University

Scholarship Benefits:
Approximately KRW 20 million per recipient per year, for up to two years
  - Full tuition coverage
  - Monthly living allowance of KRW 1,000,000
  - Full coverage of health insurance premiums
  - One-way airfare

Application Period:
December 22, 2025 – 4:00 pm (KST) March 6, 2026
