- Time: 1 pm – 4 pm (Check-In begins at 12:40 pm)
- Location: Korean Education Center in Los Angeles - 1st Floor Korean History & Culture Hall
- Address: 680 Wilshire Place, Los Angeles, CA 90005
- Awardees and their parents/guardians and Korean language class teachers are invited.
- Semi-formal attire is recommended.
- Must participate in-person. Online participation is not allowed.
